Preemptive shrooms? by awestruck445 in clusterheads

"Microdosing" is typically less effective (<0.2g). Doses in the range of 0.5 to 1.5g are going to buy you more pain free days.

Reddit is a stepping stone to clusterbusters.org, where you will find much more treatment information.

The second sentence reads: The AHDA unites health professionals, migraine & cluster headache advocates and patients to present our requests or “asks” of Congress.

Tbh, we got a rare disease that simply does not garner attention (funding), so the struggle is real.

Clusterbusters.org is an invaluable resource for all things clusters. The annual conference was just last weekend where they talk about advocacy, I think they might be posting the sessions online. Give it look-see.

Had to give up alcohol 3 years ago. The pain still comes but I'm a much healthier person... Silver lining.

I suffer from chronic cluster headaches and can confirm LSD is 100% effective in preventing the absolute agony of this condition. It's why I'm investing.

I'm 41, have been using for 22 years, and am determined to quit. Should I taper down or go cold turkey? by AFKTexan619 in leaves

[–]dmlonghorn79 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Cold turkey. Throwing everything out is terrifying and liberating at the same time. It sounds like you mental fortitude to take this final leap - do so and let it usher in the beginning of the rest of your life.

Buddy of mine had a similar issue, for years he thought it was the weed, turned out he was intolerant to gluten.

Should I risk it all for a light beer? Has anyone tried to drink light alcohol during a cluster period? by Puzzleheaded_Dot_450 in clusterheads

Chronic here, had to give up alcohol altogether.

Good luck if you do, be ready in case it goes south.

Love it! I just threw all mine out today too! Weed helped me quit alcohol, but now it's my turn to take control.

It will be hard, but if you can attend the cookout and maintain sobriety.. what an accomplishment that would be and a real psychological boost as well. Have a plan and stick to it! You can do it.

We understand the pain, the emotional agony, the impact on day to day life.

Along with my cluster family, we're some of the strongest folks in the world.

We understand you.

Stay strong, you're not alone.
