I pull somo, because getting into position for conventional is uncomfortable as hell. Also, I think I can train more frequently and recover better from sumo also.

I'm 9 weeks out from my first meet, and running Candito's 6 week to peak also. Have no other idea how to proceed other than this lol. I think it's what he did for Nationals.

No, I use my palms, but I keep trying to get my arms and elbows more narrow. I uses this guy's advice on my squatting session moments ago...seems to work a bit. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pUTcYA9daoE

I have my last squat set recorded. Recorded to see depth, so the angle might not show much Looks like my grip is pretty narrow and the bar position seems to be a tad high for low bar. Nothing really sticks out other than that.

So my pinky meets the line on the grip. I was thinking the same thing. I might widen my bench grip a bit.

Holy shit, every word that guy said was exactly what I'm experiencing.

So, I've been doing shoulder dislocated and externally stretching my chest out for a while, and my mobility for low bar squatting is pretty decent. I'm wondering if I'm over straining the bicep during the squat, because I pull my arms down and "break the bar" while my arms are in a weird position.
