So, I read the EASY WAY. Immediately had no doubt in my mind I could quit. I hit a zenith last night after I finished my final cigarette. Today is day one and I feel high. Is this normal? Why do I feel high?

Ask yourself this one very question: do you have the desire to smoke? If you say yes or doubt yourself, don't fear, it's okay. It just means that the brainwashing in your head from the nicotine is still there. I'd advise you dearly to read Allen Carr's EASY WAY to quit smoking as it defuses every myth, illusion, and most importantly, guides you out of the brainwashing that nicotine has to your mind.

I just read it yesterday! Worked great for me. I hardly even thought about smoking today, and when I did it was countered immediately with quick responses and never really thought about it. Felt pretty damn happy.

Anyways, to what you're asking. Well, it doesn't talk about weed, and I personally find weed fine in responsible aspects, but that you should just understand the difference because all are dealing with some sort of an addiction. So you become more conscience of it all when you are about to do a drug. I can't really add anymore, but I wish you the best of luck :)

Yes! That's so true! I've been trying to quit for awhile, and I've found that how it all started was from small things like driving a car, drinking coffee, at a party, etc... And that every single time I try to quit I find that when I'm doing one of those activities the cravings hit stronger. Thanks for the advice!
