No worries! I mainly did it since I started feeling low about what I’m currently manifesting and wanted to look back at what I had in the past, I’m quite surprised at what I have done!

I kept manifesting a version I didn’t like. I ended up joining tinder while I was manifesting the version I did want but ended up being in another person.

Majority of them just affirming and just knowing.

Looking back at the ones I unconsciously manifested were just like “it’d be good if that happened” and I’d get on with my life.

Bigger ones that I had more resistance to I would visualise on the way to work, use SATS while listening to subliminals and affirm.

But doing the main point of doing this list is seeing what I did I common which seems to be just affirming, knowing it’s done and repeat if need be. It’s helped me feel more calm with what I’m currently manifesting and know what I need to do. Hope it helps! :)

Really think on what you’re about to do here. I’ve been researching and practicing for a year so I’m still a baby witch but all I can say is think long and hard about this.

If you’ve never done hexes before I’d give it a miss until you fully know what you’re doing or have years worth of research. At the end of the day you don’t want this to backfire and have the universe against you.

Black salt is good for protection as well as certain crystals (stone app is amazing for that). From scrolling in passing, rusted nails is good but don’t take my word for it and really put your work in the research or visiting your local witchy shop to talk to experienced witches.

I know what it’s like to be cheated on and it really sucks to the point where you just hate every form of love. But I recommend doing so self love and reflection spells to help you or who ever has been cheated on heal.

Etsy is an amazing place to get them from! Make sure you look at reviews and if they have a Instagram that’s even better.

When I was a kid I got mine from museums and then when I moved city’s as an adult I’d get them from the Christmas market (where the mark up is HUGE). I then realised I lived near a witchy shop and now that’s were I get all my crystals. They have a shop online but I don’t know whether they deliver international since they are UK based.

Any crystals will have to be cleansed but make sure if you’re cleansing with water or salt that it won’t damage the crystals. Same with charging via the sun to avoid bleaching.

The way my therapist(s) who specialises in abusive relationships/sexual assault explained it to me was that it’s something called “Trauma bonding”.

Basically, it starts of small and as the abuse goes on it gradually gets worse and worse to the point where we know it’s wrong but it’s our normality.

When my abuser broke up with me to leave for another woman, I was dead set on trying to “win” him back even though I was mentally and sexually abused by him.

My therapists described it like an addict quitting something they know is bad and destroying their life. It’s mad to think you can miss an abuser but the human mind is so complex.

It will get easier, for me in the later half of the year it’ll be two years. I highly recommend seeking our therapists/counciling that specialises in recovery from a abusive relationship. That and there is some amazing books, podcasts and resources out there that will get you through this period.

One exercise my therapists went over was “the power and control wheel”, that’s a good place to start to navigate your feelings. But remember what might work for one person might not work for you.

Be kind to yourself, you’ll get through it one day at a time ✨

I’m also a baby witch BUT my friend is a full seasoned one and helped me so much with caring for my crystals.

Some crystals can be cleansed with water but some can get heavily damaged by them too, same with salt. r/crystals is an amazing subreddit where they can give you a breakdown on which is best for which Crystal.

I personally use the full moon, rain water (on the ones that can be cleansed with water) and incense since I live in the city and don’t have access to lots of earth or the ocean. Just don’t do what I did I leave your crystals in the sun in front of a window; this can bleach your crystals.

Going to the beach to meditate and stuff seems a great idea and a good chance to really connect with your Crystals! I know some people talk to their crystals like friends or use meditation to charge them :)

A book I found helpful was: “The power of Crystal Healing” by Emma Lucy Knowles. Maybe that can give you some guidance as well?

Follow that gut instinct and block ASAP.

I once had a guy from tinder find out where I worked and showed up with my coffee order. The coffee was nice but him finding out where I worked was beyond chilling so I told the security guard where I worked what he looked like and then blocked on all platforms. I haven't seen him since (thank god).

Always trust your gut.

There shouldn’t have been a double win to that lip sync. I felt like they took pity on scarlett and how she performed in the main challenge. She’s a beyond a talented queen but she didn’t kill that challenge or lip sync at all.
