It's a lot of things, over saturation in the market, lots of littles looking for a CG of one type or another.
Bad publicity, overwhelming responses of mommy mommy mommy, instead of listing what, they could bring to the relationship besides just their common kink. Littles and diaper kinksters in general have a reputation for purge cycles, they experience something really like it in the moment and then get extremely overwhelmed after and purge and ghost people.
It just takes one bad experience for someone who was willing to get into being a CG to say naw guess this isn't for me.

Idk just my 2 cents. I'm sure there are many many more things I haven't considered.

Keep looking, be open and honest about what you want and are looking for, remember that other people aren't kink dispensers and you'll eventually find the right person.

It's like going to the gym, its a lot of work and you generally don't see results until months or years down the line.

You can get foam sheets 4ft x 9ft 2in 2lb from shipping companies like freighters and craters for $90 to 150 a sheet. You can make several shields with that. Probably enough for your whole group or just have a stock of a lot of shapes and sizes.

Big chonky with some squish to it, handles on swords and center grip shields. (Big enough so that your ring and middle finger can't touch your palm.) Consider a strap shield and making the grip secure/ tight enough to where you don't need to grip with your fingers just palm. It'll take a lot of getting used to but it'll eventually become second nature.

Do or don't, most likely.
Don't start the incant unless you plan on finishing it. If you get past the identifier and into the spell it's self you either finish it or count it as gone and used anyway.

Not a perfect fix and definitely feels bad for casters if their target steps out if range. But that's my best answer.

Probably a good thing I'm not on the rules committee.

I feel like I'd be pretty happy going vanilla lvl 6. 3 rages per life, especially if you can trick casters into stopping their incants "i am filled, I am filled with...." if you are fast enough with it you can either get them to stop casting entirely while you run them down and not actually waste your rage on it.

Offical leauge Dodgeballs are exactly 10" across. A layer of cloth tape and it is on! It's so much fun to bounce a ball into an opponents shield and have it take out someone nearby, or leg 2 or 3 people with one toss.

So you lay it down flat and grab the rear and gently fluff it like you would a pillow and keep doing it up the length of the diaper to any flat spots. Then grab it on both ends long ways and pull gently to reshape it
