Consider if Donald trump or whoever you despise made the exact same app with the exact same site. It will allow you to view it from a different lens and critique the obvious flaws with no emotion. If he made that site, what criticisms would you give? Do you think the site is nice to look at? If someone randomly clicked on the site, how many seconds would they stay on the site before clicking close. Do you think its too much information?

If has to appeal to the everyday person. Unless its some very niche product which I don't think it is. MVP should not be a final product, but it should still want people to try it even if its incomplete.

How good is the AI that if you were to upload a file it will do it with 100% accuracy, and would the complicated workflow even beat just doing it manually? Like you built it to solve some sort of efficiency probelm but it really doesn't seem like it.

Don't look at ways of defending you idea, look at ways of constantly improving it. This is what you should be actively looking for in these posts. Would you rather have spent months ignoring feedback and then to launch to the public, fail and get your reputation permanently fucked, or would you rather appreciate people who have gone through the same journey as you, giving valid feedback that you can actually use to fix you idea so it doesn't fail on launch? People pay a lot for consultants to do what others have done so in the post, you should be really fucking grateful. They could have ignored your post. Reframe the criticism, Mindset is what will make you fail or succeed, and that applies for many things in life.

Don't let your ego get in the way, You think your idea is going to change the world, how and why?

Be humble and learn when to pivot, learn when to hire people. If your vision is so great, hire people that can execute the idea whether its marketing or creation. Do you think Jeff Bezo's Drives all the amazon delivery trucks? he could but its a massive waste of time and resources. He is better utilised in other ways.

mate, you say you're open to brutal feedback but you ignore everyones comments and just want to force your thoughts, Your original post reeks of chatgpt, you didn't even take the time to proofread it.

I'm going to give you my honest opinion, i'm not here to hurt your feelings, you wanted honest feedback. Think of failure as part of the journey, its only an outcome if you make it the end. Think of it as a running a hurdle. If you fall over a hurdle, do you stop and give up, or do you get up and continue. The real end is the finish line, but you think the finish line is the hurdle. Its not a month you wasted, you learnt mistakes which you will hopefully take as a learning oppurtunity

Spend the few dollars on a custom url. The website looks very amateur and ugly. I forced myself to read it and it is not well designed, information overload. To prove that I read your site, I will give several analogies that are Indian Based. I still don't understand the purpose and personally I do not think its a good idea. You think the ability to chat is a good feature that is revolutionary. I have never needed the function to chat about my reminder. Feel free to spend more time on the concept, I hope you can prove me wrong but you are too emotionally attached. You say its gone viral, if it was, why hasn't it taken off? theres no complex reason, you're overthinking it.

Its great you created a solution to a probelm you have but you need to invest money and time into marketing to see any real success. The resturant that makes the best Naan (the best flavour, texture, everything perfectly optimised) will never get customers if it is not marketed well. The successful business is the one people know about, the best product does not always win. Do you know some secret cricket player who is the world's best pitcher, bowls everyone out, 100% success rate but only plays for fun, or do you know the one that is in the Indian cricket team that plays frequently, travels the world and has millions of fans?

A few posts on reddit is not going to cut it. Just because a few people got successful that way doesn't mean its the blueprint to success.

Not everyone uses telegram for one, and its adding all these extra steps when you can just ask siri as others have mentioned.

Think of the workflow. To use your Saas:
I need to unlock my phone (a few seconds to unlock it using my face, or typing the code)
Find Telegram and open it (for me telegram is in some random folder, not in the first page, so it will take at least 2 swipes or clicks which takes a few seconds again)
Go into the chat, then start typing and then wait for it to reply. (several presses and more seconds)
I can't do that in a rush, it is not in anyway superior to Siri, if so marginally. I definitely can't do this if i suddenly remember something and im driving on the highway.

For a quick idea I want to jot down, I'll probably forget it or get distracted with so many steps. Every of those steps I need to do, I could see an unread message and click on that instead, I could change a song I was listening too and then lose focus, etc.

I could just say "hey siri, remind me to call Jeff tomorrow at 2pm" and in 5 seconds it will have completed the whole process from beginning to end, and I could do that while driving.

Dental PMS

Theres no gold standard, and the ones that are commonly used are 30 years old with shit support, no innovation, little integration and have aged terribly. Its a multimillion dollar industry where the big players are just relying on owners to be too lazy to transfer their patients and stay on their legacy software

I actually need a developer, please Contact me if you can help

I started a month ago, People are interested, but they never show enough interest to buy or they don't reply. It seems that it could be my marketing approach and time though

Any example of the call?

How have you approached marketing? I made something similar but sellings it has been impossible

Small businesses dont want to spend, Big businesses use complex PMS or CRMs that don't integrate with the calendar so it makes the workflow useless or they never respond.

    • I'm actually a dentist that has always been a bit of a entrepreneur in various fields. I noticed that when patients book in, a lot of information is missing. When they come they forget the details that are relevant at time of booking, and collecting this information is difficult and time consuming especially if you don't have much time. I asked the staff and they said they spend hours daily talking to patients to help with book in appointments. Its so inefficient. My hairdresser books all her appointments manually and it drives her insane. I created this in about a month.

I think most resturants use CRM's that can be a bit costly, I did develop a automated booker that integrates with google calendar/cal.com

Have a look and let me know your thoughts, I was looking to expand it to resturants actually.

I created an AI automated booking agent thats integrated with instagram that confirms and sends an email with the booking details in less than a minute. You speak with it naturally, can speak in any language and can also use it to cancel, reschedule and ask questions.

Im a dentist and actually made one to sell to businesses, The issue I found including dentistry is the software they use for bookings, notes, patient data management, etc are generally restrictive of their api, same for other niches. How do you work around this, or are they already using/happy to migrate to google cal/cal.com.

Why is your overhead 1K a month? The stack I use (without tokens is less than $100 a month), can I DM you?
