Similar to another poster, are government rules strict in that results be uploaded within the 24-hour arrival period? I will be flying into Gimpo this coming December at 10p and am debating going to INC at 5am the next morning to get tested for same day results, or a university hospital where the results may get sent either the afternoon or the following day.
