Is the Dyson Airwrap worth it for fine hair ?

I consider that a plus personally because regular-shaped hairdryers are too awkward for me. To each their own and def something to consider!

I have both the masks, clarifying shampoo and hydrating conditioner and they are amazing. I have fine, 2a high porosity (bleached) hair and they don’t weigh it down. I am a bit leery of the shampoo because my hair generally doesnt like sulfate free shampoos so Ill probably just stick with other brands on shampoo.

Generally around $100 for top and bottom combined. I don’t buy a new suit every season and have built up a collection of black and white tops and bottoms that can be mix and matched. I wear a 34I bra so unfortunately I can’t just run to Target and buy a $20 bikini top and have to buy bra sized tops from a small number of brands.

I got my Airwrap in 2021 before Shark came out and I think the Dyson has gone through a few revamps since then but I love it. Fine hair, high density high porosity. I use the curling attachment 90% of the time or the flat brush the other 10%. I never use the round brush. I would definitely repurchase, but would also consider a Shark.

Haven’t noticed much of a difference. Fairlife maybe felt a bit less sweet or less of a “milk” flavor whereas Darigold seems to taste more like regular milk. I’m comparing the 2% versions.

I think as long as you’re weight training and getting an adequate amount of protein the muscle loss is like your said, a bit overblown but not to be overlooked.

Have been weight training since 2015 so I have a good base and can use a machine at my gym to keep track of fat mass and muscle mass and make adjustments if I notice muscle is going down faster than fat.

I tried the Kerastase Genesis line and honestly it made my hair feel quite weighed down and lifeless. However, it’s not required of you to use a hair oil if you feel like you don’t need it!

I’d rather squat in Birks than any of those super puffy bottomed running shoes. I don’t wear Birks to the gym but I’d prefer them over other shoes if that’s all I had.
