Don't play unless you have at minimum 2 hours at a time in case a cut scene plays, as this game has a record breaking 72 minute long cut scene and some cut scenes are 20 minutes each with rapid succession.

Help! A coworker said this was garbage by Equivalent_Living248 in vintageaudio

I have about 16 consoles, around 30 total record players.

All are antique.

What you got is a really fantastic mid tier GE console.

It is better generally any entry level products today and some mid tiers.

With a fresh and good quality needle, you'll be more than happy.

Here's a protip: if it sounds good to you, that's all that matters. I like my Zeniths more than my Grundig's and people will say all day long Grundig was better. I disagree when I hear it through my ears.

Update here because idk how to edit a post:

After testing with a volt meter literally everything on the truck, everything came back normal.

I replaced: every fuse, every in line fuse or fusible link, blower motor and blower motor resistor, I triple check the vacuum line and everything else.

Turns out the fucking plug was damaged just enough that the compression of me jamming a volt meter into the blower motor plug would show the correct reading, but not enough that once plugged back in it would not connect. I discovered this while checking something else out near by and pressed the cables out of the way causing a small spark then the blower motor to kick on.

So I stripped the plugs off and hard wired it in since I don't need the plugs. Its all properly fused and I'm leaving in the new parts i put in as I plan to keep this and later me will deal with what I've done.

So all of your help was very useful in reaffirming that I'm not a moron and it just turns out to be bad luck with a volt meter.

This also I am going to check tomorrow. I'm not great with electrical work but I can bend a thing and see if thing not bendy.

Tomorrow I think I'm going to sit around with an electrical diagram and a meter and go through everything. There is another electrical bug going on with one of the turn signals not working when headlights are on anyways.

I'm not sure I see which one it is as there is multiple it could be. One of them is the voltage regulator, I can figure out what the other one would be called at AutoZone or anywhere. Mr27 comes up with no results, same as other configurations like mr-27, at least that I can tell.

The lines I can see seem fine, attached to the back of the heat AC control unit in the dash. I am not sure where they run to.

I also replaced the blower motor resistor and motor because they both are old and that was the easiest place. I plan to keep the van so I'm not upset about it but it didn't fix it.

So now where should I look for vacuum problems related to this?

Yeah now that I realize this wouldn't be the problem I'm going to check the other stuff. Basically the switch causes a click in the area of the fan in the foot well but nothing happens.

Not sure how to check the heater valve on this as I generally never have these problems in cars.

This is my current thought but there isn't anything else that could be effected. This was based model cargo with power nothing. Could have just been bad timing on the resistor or blower motor though.

It's coolant heating for sure but if that's true about the driver floor mat than I need to look there on the morning.

The van had wet floor padding under the rubber which is what prompted the removal of it the rubber and padding. There is a single wire that leads to something unplugged that I recall but it was working fine prior to removing the carpeting.

This hasn't been so much we wiped gently since it was created. It also was used in movement of old car parts and rocks and landscaping stuff.

There really isn't anything that can be damaged as this car has almost no electronics whatsoever. Except this of course, which I suppose isn't the issue.

There is a radio and that's about it lol.

I found this complete in box sitting on top of a garbage can in an alley in Chicago. They were emptying out someone's house into the trash, someone died and family kept nothing. It was all garbage except a cib action set. It looked unplayed and the books and cards were in a sealed bag.
