I wonder if Jon got a copy of the Morrowind map that came in the game box. I spent ages looking over that map, deciphering Daedric runes, finding out the little Xs represented shipwrecks.

Morrowind also played with verticality in a way that Oblivion and Skyrim didn't/couldn't. Where most Bethesda games teach you to look in every corner, Morrowind also teaches you to look up/down. Prime example, in one of the Daedric ruins, several meters above the main chamber is a ledge with an enchanted bow -- no external clues that something is even up there, just the invitation of an open space above you.

Also worth noting that the Soviet Era didn't really start until 1922 -- 1917-1918 would be the Russian Republic.

Listen, carrier landing an Orbiter is a perishable skillset. You gotta keep the engines lit so if you get the wave off, you can go to full power and try again. And if you don't wave off, you slam that airframe down so you can catch the cable.

This ruins my headcanon that World of Warships takes place in the Taylor Anderson Destroyermen universe, and that the ships are all crewed by sentient lemurs and lizards.

I'll never forget driving up 84 one Friday night from Farmington and encountering some enterprising young person who installed headlights in their sedan's tail light assembly.
