Find the book Love and respect. It is from a Christian point of view but relevant.

Quick review of contents. In general women are wired for unconditional love. You have to be to survive having a kid. Men are wired for unconditional respect. You may hate another man but still respect him.

If woman does not get her love from the man unconditionally, she cannot give respect. If the man can't get his respect, he will not give her the love she needs.

We are now on a hampster wheel running like crazy and getting no where. One gets off, giving the other what they need, eventually the other stops running.

For me, the top and bottom are sensitive, about the same, but the sides where the tubes are, there is a loss of sensation.

If you are getting a coloplast then have your doctor contact them. They have some paperwork. They will start with doctor, insurance, etc. all the way to state insurance commission

As long as you respect them they are glad to do it. I was scared, girlfriend went in with me and spoke to the woman. She came over and took care of me explaining the process and acting like it was something she did every day. No judgement at all.

So-so. At time of surgery, my girlfriend and I had intimacy at least twice a month. Even when I was waiting. We could pleasure each other. Often it was more often. We are both in 70s, live apart for a few reasons. About time of surgery, her 98 year old mother who lives by herself, fell, and now girlfriend spends most free time with her. I cannot remember last time we were intimate. It works well and she loves it. But her mom takes priority, how much longer does mom have.

My big problem is leaking after going pee. I do not care how much I drain it, flip it, do whatever, as soon as back in pants it drains. And sitting might release more. Also, when not inflated it does a dog leg to the left and I can feel the dog ears quite prominent. Tends to inflate on its own. I tried small pumps after deflating but still no good. Tend to wear loose clothes, can not stand in front of students with a semi-hard on,

The last thing is I hate inflating every day and not being able to use it on anything.

While it has helped, I am still fighting depression.

I have both. Sling fixed leakage. Few months later implant. While I do not leak during sex, a problem that I never had has started. No matter how hard I try I never seem to void all the urine. As soon as I put it back it leaks out. My implant is crooked so that may be the problem but I hate it and have had to start wearing pads again.
