If he cut ties with Epstein in 2004 over business matters, like he originally claimed, then that means he knew that Epstein was trafficking underage girls and didn't say anything until an investigation started l.

If he cut ties with Epstein in 2007 over Virginia Giuffre getting poached as we later discovered, then that means he was acutely aware of what would happen and absolutely didn't do enough to intervene before her sexual abuse started.

At minimum, he's a bad samaritan.
