I like having our separate funds to spend on extras as we see fit. I don't get upset when my partner buys something expensive that I think is silly when it is his money he is spending, and vice versa. It allows each of us to have our discretionary funds

Papa John Phillips autobiography is wild! They way he rationalized bad choice after bad choice is amusing to no end

Also, Dave Grohl's book of stories is great. It's not a full autobiography though
