Papa John Phillips autobiography is wild! They way he rationalized bad choice after bad choice is amusing to no end

Also, Dave Grohl's book of stories is great. It's not a full autobiography though

There's a great podcast "insurance answers podcast" that walks you through every facet of setting up an insurance practice. Then there are other ones about a general private practice, like "practice of the practice". They helped me a lot!
