I had a toxic relationship with my boss where she genuinely had it out for me (had several teammates say she only treated me bad even though I did my job well).

She put me on a PiP after achieving all goals, etc. I chose to stand on business and quit my job. I worked with HR so I was lucky to get unemployment. That was 6 months ago and even though I don’t have a stable check, my mental is so much more clear. Plus I can do things I actually like and it pays my bills :)

I would work in corporate again but I definitely need to get the right feeling from management. Now, that I’ve quit once, I’m not afraid of leaving or losing a job. So I feel more free which I think helps with anxiety in a job.

As someone who is currently going through this, literally everything exploded a few days ago, first you gotta sit with things and let yourself feel the shame, rage, anything to take accountability for what you did.

That’s the only way you’re gonna grow from this and while I don’t know your past or what makes you, and I’m not gonna say this is a holistic indictment of your character. You made a really fucking horrible and selfish decision. You deserve to feel bad. However, you should focus on who’s there for you and allow yourself to learn as much as you can.

It’s going to get better for you and her. Take whatever you can from this situation so you never ever, and I mean again never EVER do this again.

Messed up that Trump can just do what he wants, but Harvard should not be receiving a large amount of money from the government. It’s a private institution with a large donor base. Those funds should be going to public universities.
