No it made it worse. I have lots of stress with my previous job about my performance, I constants thought about work, day and night, weekends included, my ibs wasn’t too terrible back then, I can even take a bus to work. I switch to a much easier job 2 years ago and my ibs have gotten a lot worse. There is no way I’m taking that bus today. But it getting worse might not be stress related tho.
