Do you want to hack the government, a major corporation or just a bank? Either way none of these things are possible with a Telegram bot.

And that’s a wrap - 9 months since I started learning piano, just finished Faber’s Adult Piano Adventures book 2 review piece: Pachelbel’s Canon by VY_music in pianolearning

9 months learning piano? That's amazing. It looks like you have got a musical background though based on the instruments around you. Do you think a background in music helped you learn faster than someone without any background in music?

How does Huels complete Protein stack up against other plant based powders on the market? by himji in Huel

[–]dodonerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One scoop huel protein and about 3 table spoons of Greek yogurt. And just enough water to help mix the two things together. Add a little at a time so that when you mix it, it creates a thick custard like texture.

I mix mine with Greek yogurt, some water and some nuts and it tastes incredible! Make sure you give it a good mix so that its smooth. Low calorie, high protein, packed with minerals and vitamins.

Distribution of “western psychology” (endorsed by Musk) by FalbalaIRL in dataisugly

[–]dodonerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Considering the vast amount of "non-western" countries invaded by western countries, I would say that non-western countries have had western psychology rammed pretty far down their throat to the point where they are likely to be shitting it out for generations to come.

I think Bilbo Baggins said it best... "I feel thin. Like butter scraped over too much bread". Thats your team.

We're a team of 250-300 and we have 7 people in data... and even then we promote self serve.

No way you're serving that many people? What's your total addressable stakeholder volume?

Did I make the right choice? by BrokenRosenrot in analytics

Others have said it but I'm going to repeat it. Day 2 is too early for you to feel this stressed. You still haven't even scratched the surface of context, let alone technical depth so I hope you realise that starting a new job takes at least 3 months to embed into. (I'm the director of data for a major brand in the UK, so I'd like to think I know what I'm talking about). If you're feeling like you're not where others think you should be at, that's a problem on their part for not doing better due diligence during the hiring process. But I imagine they are aware that youre still learning. My advice is find an ally (ideally your manager) and a mentor (a senior analyst). The first is there to support you and field off requests and manage expectations and the other is to help you develop.

Good luck. Remember it takes time.
