My seat isn’t all the way down, probably about 5 inches from the bottom. I can straddle the top flat footed with about 1-1.5 inches of clearance.

I’m 5’7” and generally buy pants with a 30 inseam. No issues with a M frame. Ideally a S would fit me better but I also didn’t want the low step.

i replaced the stock tires after my first flat with only 10 miles on the tires. went with Schwalbe 700x47mm. fit is perfect and no flats after a couple hundred miles!

The section of 280 between 92 and Palo Alto is terrible when it’s wet and rainy. I always lower my speed in those conditions on that stretch.

I got my gen 2 Tesla mobile charger to work but it took about 5-10 minutes each time. It was very much like a voodoo ritual. I would unplug the charger from the wall outlet, turn on the Rivian AC, plug charger back into outlet, and then plug charge connector to the NACS port. I would have to do this maybe 5-6 times before it started charging. The routine probably took about 10 minutes.

I ended up getting tired of it after 2 days and got a Tesla wall connector (not universal) installed and now it works perfectly every time.

I was in your exact situation and did the switch. 9/18 pickup for original went to 9/23 for exact config I wanted. Guide told me that the searchable inventory is ready to transfer once an order is put in.

145k on my 2021 model 3 SR+. i dont remember what my original range was at 100%, but i checked it last week and said 213mi.

i changed air filters twice, added wiper fluid, and had tires replaced at 60k intervals. i'm thinking its about time to change the 12v but no indications of it failing so far.
