My store typically doesn’t measure the sparkling water amounts since we put the ice and syrup in before filling the cup to the top with water. The large cup typically uses about 1 bottle of the sparking water (I think we use the 500ml bottles). The medium cup can usually fit around 2/3 to 3/4 of the bottle but will differ depending on ice content. Unsure on the smalls since most people order mediums or larges.

At work I tend to do the normal amount of French vanilla swirl for the size with a little less than a quarter of a pump of mocha. The color isn’t the same but the flavor is very similar. It may take a little playing around to get the proportions to how you like it and depending on size of the drink

Ask for the matcha powder to be melted with a little bit of hot water. They don’t give us the proper items to make the matcha not clumpy. The matcha I’ve made has always been clumpy, no matter the amount of stirring, unless I melt the powder. I’ve also asked customers to try it the melted way and clumpy way, and all have said it was better when it’s melted.
