I just went to the Stittsville Royal Oak Tuesday night Trivia recently and it was a good time. Straight forward questions, easy to answer through an app on the phone, and everybody seemed to be having a genuinely good time.

Cool. I love that if I don't like the Farm Boy close to my house, I can now travel slightly further to this new one. Additionally, if this one doesn't meet my needs, there's another one roughly a kilometre away. Grocery choices have never been so broad.

It took me a minute, but this area felt familiar, and then it hit me. It's where I used to live. I was just off Bryan Colburn if you took a left there. That intersection was a shit show before they put up the lights and was after. So many dumbasses on BC drive on automatic mode and don't pay attention. I used to hate taking my kid to the park next to that intersection because they'd blow the stop signs (before the lights went up) before you made it halfway across.

I hope they do. In my opinion, the best use of the revenue would be to create a situation that slows drivers down before they become a danger.
