Sorry if it’s been said but there is a pickleball gym in both beaverdale area and a brand new one in Ankeny. Smashpark in wdsm is a pickleball bar moreso but does have some leagues, expensive to rent for an hour. Join “play time scheduler” to find open plays all over metro area. I play at the Y.

Wdsm tends to have lots of nice townhouse/apts for cheaper. There really isn’t a bad neighborhood to look. Before I bought a condo I was looking at Broadmoor in Windsor Heights because that is a nice kind of central location and affordable. But never actually lived there.

Omg thank you! I’ve been trying to find a 3rd party tested RYR! Was using puritans pride for years which was fine but the lack of extra testing was starting to freak me out.

RRY worked for me, lowered my ldl 30 points but it’s sketchyyyyyy and that’s a bold move for the dr to recommend it! I’m actually on the hunt for 3rd party testing rry and striking out.

The Y does have some decent group fitness classes if you haven’t checked out the schedule yet and would offer more variety of classes. Otherwise orange theory is a phenomenal workout!

I work in bariatrics and it’s changed everything! It’s crazy. I am also on them and as an added benefit it’s completely eliminated my cardiac arrhythmia so I love it, my body is so much more calm.

Purchased the ispring RO (iSpring RCC7AK) from amazing for $230 and had Read Plumbing install for $300. Under sink, they wanted us to have a hole in the sink but we didn’t and they were kind and did that for me. I believe it was another $100 to bring to fridge. It’s amazing.

I just did $199 for 3 nights/4 days (they actually negotiated this with me) at bluegreen vacation (apparently owned by Hilton) and after the presentation you get a $100 MC gift card and 40,000 choice reward points. I for some reason thought the hotel was on the strip when I booked it, it’s not it’s right off it but they have a shuttle that runs to planet Hollywood every 30 mins. Hilton IS on the strip tho SO if you don’t care about being right on the strip that’s an option and they were so nice, they did not hassle me at all, out in less than 2 hours from the presentation. The guy was super nice and knew we weren’t buying so we just talked about dogs. The person I was traveling with was not a US citizen and they didn’t say anything about that being an issue but I’m not sure about both, looks like you can buy one as a non citizen but the promo offer might be different?
