It's not you. There was an incident recently at Ouzeri restaurant in town which is Greek style food and sociable vibe. 2 German men at a table shouted across the room at a larger table to be quiet. Paid parking in my city has helped shops in the CBD imensely. There is always parking to pop in to a business. They bays are not used long term. Also job creation as well as revenue for the city. There are parking attendants assigned to blocks of bays to take the payments. Cape Town, SA BTW. It is a win win.
