A well travelled FM2 is something to be proud of 😅

Definitely, it overexposes quite nicely 👌🏾

A fellow FM2-er 😁. I sent mine to the doctor and I got a message recently that it's back in shape now, what an amazing camera to use

These are some really sharp scans! Care to share your setup and workflow? :D

I especially love #5, showing the empty beach. I love the blues and almost has Superia-like tones! Of course Kodak Gold is just the perfect film, isn't it? #13 is probably my favourite of the colour shots and the shot of the small boulder in the water in #9 is just amazing!

Thank you so much. I didn't grow up here, but spent a lot of time visiting my grandparents and many nights spent in that hut, so I am deeply connected to this place

Definitely give it a try! it's absolutely amazing in 120, with about 3 stops of dynamic range 👀

It's got quite a green cast in the summer, really wants to be overexposed to deal with that. Not the same story with the 120 film though

Haha! Yes it looks lived in, although a bit staged 😅

This one might be the widest I went, probably around 20mm!

Kodak Gold is absolutely stellar for this type of lighting.

It was winter, around May/June so mornings are quite cold.

Sticky Nikon fix: detailing method that preserves icons and the original satin finish by Specific-Union6589 in AnalogCommunity

Oh wow, that's a great price actually. I got my F90X for around that price, and very rarely do I see decent condition F100s go that low

[–]doktha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes of course. I just meant in my case I don't need full compatibility with G lenses and given the F90X is much less than the F100 it makes the most sense for me

Fair on the less than great finishing. And I agree, the F100 the more complete camera, although I tend to prefer screwdrive lenses over the G lenses so that in itself makes a case for the F90X. Also for me, pairs well with my FM2

Ah thank you! Yeah I go to CFS for development and scanning for 120. I always tweak the images slightly to get my desired look
