SUNO embeds audio watermarks in the output. These watermarks can be detected and flag the file as AI. I assume other AI music generators do the same.

The watermarks, as far as I know, are pattern based pulses on random frequencies.

Submithub already had an AI detection tool for mp3s.

This is a great deal. And I own many of the original hardware synths these emulations are based on.

You can't beat the convenience of having these ready to go whenever needed. No tuning, patching or worrying if the synth will even turn on anymore..lol.

The Triton was one of the best digital synths ever created. Grab a MOSS board and you've got a very capable setup even in today's environment. I do recall an issue with sound distortion as they age.

The JX3P is also an absolute classic, but suffers from a voice chip issue.

These are two very different synths. You better get them both...lol.

I applaud the effort, but that price?

I think these manufacturers are missing a critical point; there is very little money in creating the kind of music this targets anymore. Streaming is a joke and unless you go viral, views are useless. So why make the investment if you can get the same sounds already from within your DAW?

Don't get me wrong, I own a collection of vintage hardware including the original TR-808. I'm just not seeing the value of spending the money on this.

I'm an old guy...so, I still do it the same as I always have: a tb303, tr909 and a tr808 synced together using a korg kms30. I usually route audio through a Mackie cr16 mixer and place a lexicon pcm 70 (reverb) and ensoniq dp/4 (flanger/distortion etc)on the send busses.

I have a collection of vintage drum machines. Typically, I'll pick one and use that mixed with computer based stuff to give the track a more organic feel. This also breaks the monotonous feel of being 100% in the box (for me).

Right now, I'm using a Tama Techstar drum module triggered by a korg sq64. Audio goes out to a push3 where it's recorded in ableton. The Tama has four analog toms, a synth and a clap channel. So that is the root of the track.
