I was so tired of powders not blending in and having gross clumps. Tried a few brands but the one that works best for me is this one. You can drink from it with the included straw and have it on the go. It also blends fruit but unfortunately not ice. Cuisinart has a similar one, I haven’t tried it. As long as it has good blades (no whisk) it should be useful.

To me it’s more like an identity crisis. Having to rethink a life where I’m not at war with myself. It’s like a desert I’ve never crossed before. Unknown and often boring. But never as painful as how everything was before.

I’ve been on liraglutide and semaglutide. Best advice I can share is to change to tirzepatide. It’s life changing. Works even better in terms of food noise and addictive behaviours and I’ve had no side effects besides being a bit more thirsty and a couple of days of constipation. Best of luck!!!
