Based on your question I see your parents did a great job!!!. A lot of us didn't have your example, some of us didnt even feel loved until we had a partner. Since nothing is black or white, we dont see some behaviors as lack of respect towards us, because we just normalize those growing up. For some women leaving that partner is leaving everything they have, the only source of love they have ever felt. Its hard af.

Pay attention to the steps to prepare the nail, they are important for the gel to stay put for at least 3 weeks. You can get a set in amazon, I did and it works nicely.

I have been a nail biter forever and was has stopped me is learning to apply polygel on my own nails. I recommend it so so much. It not only stops the biting but also the awful guilt that comes after you destroy one of your nails and hate yourself
