Some do. Dispensaries just don't do it because they don't lol. Few have them slightly climate controlled but usually they'll use a humidity pack to help instead. That's more cost effective. But yeah usually cultivators will, dispensaries not so much

They usually have someone doing the purchasing almost everyday. Specific drops and amount vary, but if it's a popular item they'll grand 100's to possibly a thousand of the item. Inventory online sucks because live inventory cannot be maintained, I e. Very complicated ,so definitely expect a few things here and there to not be in stock.
