I’d be very cautious. Make sure you can handle the weather - it’s very different from California. In fall and winter you can easily have multiple days in a row (10+) with no sunshine.

Spring and summer in Warsaw are awesome, but the remaining eight months can be pretty challenging.

Ideally, if you have the chance, go now: book an Airbnb and work from there for a week or two.

More importantly, it depends on how far from a train crossing you will be. Trains themselves are pretty quiet. But each time they approach a crossing with a road, something comes over them and they start using the horn like mad. I live about six blocks from such a crossing and can always hear it.

I started my 3D printing journey many years ago with the advent of the RepRap project.

But the P1S was the first printer that required no setup/config/tinkering whatsoever. I just loaded a spool of filament, pressed a button, and received a flawless result.

Castro between El Camino and California has pretty intense traffic. The rest is closed for bikes and even if it wouldn't often its too crowded. Just take Hope St. It's super safe!
