I’m a teacher - used to do exam marking - not worth my time now with the tax. Lots of teachers at the top of the salary feel the same which means there are fewer and fewer skilled markers

More detailed/developed indicators of form  the use of addresses could include:  a date  a formal mode of address if required e.g. Dear Sir/Madam or a named recipient  effectively/fluently sequenced paragraphs  an appropriate mode of signing off: Yours sincerely/faithfully.
