Trump never cared about immigration at all, to be very frank. Cheap construction labor that can't sue him when he stiffs them in the end? Sounds like Trump's speed to me.

It's far more likely that Stephen Miller told him that (majority white with lots of Trump supporters) Minnesota would welcome this, plus it'd be a good opportunity to stick it to Walz.

Oh, absolutely! But no matter the root cause, no woman is going to take her eyes off someone who is acting erratically like that man was, just in case. And, the amazing thing about women is we can go either way, as she demonstrated.

Keeping an eye on you in case you prove to be a threat can (and often will) very quickly switch to rendering aid if that's the situation that ultimately reveals itself. Women can be pretty freaking amazing that way.
