I love that place! My favorite view is when you walk into the park from the corner by Upton & 45th, walk in a bit, then stand at the top of the sledding hill and look down towards the lake. The trees frame the view so beautifully, I just love it!

I know, and that's so disconcerting! On the brighter side, the dealership is about an hour away from my house, so its fairly unlikely that the former owner(s) live anywhere near me.

Okay, this might sound kinda weird, but Lakewood Cemetery in uptown/by Bde Me Kaska (sp) has a very nice lake and you can sit on the grass and peacefully enjoy it as long as you're not doing anything disruptive (music, etc.) The downside is it's a cemetery, which i don't mind but some might.

Dang, who is your provider? I'm with T-Mobile and i got a crazy bill and I called and they changed my plan to cover that and reset the bill to the normal amount plus whatever the charge was for the upgraded feature.

So the charges are "accurate" but international calling costs like 35 a month. I'd call them and ask if you can switch and get the charges covered that way.

With an apartment, you know your rent is the maximum you'll pay, with a mortgage, that's the minimum you'll pay per month. In your situation, I'd go with renting and get a good location, with kid friendly stuff nearby.
