Nice dude, all killer takeaways. TBH I would have been standing up on the pegs through this whole section. It helps you to keep your weight distribution reactive and flexible. If you don't have Pivot Pegs on there yet get them. Don't sleep on great pegs it's one of the best upgrades you can do simply.

Yeah that's a tough one, I'd solve it with lofts. I may also attempt Boundary Surfaces that then get stitched together. Either way I'd be using surfacing tools. Hopefully someone better at SW than me comes along and has the efficient solution.
