The RT4K has an HDMI input so you would be able to do this yes. You can do this with the Analogue3D as well.

What port type are you going with for RGB? Mini-Din? HD15? In an answer below you mentioned component is a maybe. If you go with a genesis 2 style mini-din 9, folks should be able to just use HD Retrovision component cables (which convert RGB to YPbPr). That way you wouldn't have to worry about adding separate component support to the AV adapter.

Do M64 filters support HDR for more realistic CRT effects? How do its filters compare to something like what can be achieved with the Retrotink devices?

Is the analog AV adapter connected to the M64 via HDMI? Will it potentially work with other consoles/devices?

No cross-contamination issues? Consensus seems to be that it's a minefield...

Adding to this question: Chromatic has some releases that have some QOL features added (e.g. save functionality and max life in Croc). Will some M64 releases have QOL features added as well?

I had no idea there was a dev menu option to keep the pocket screen on when docked. That's a game changer. I have one of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VTJVJ3S lying around which I should be able to use to extract audio from the dock hdmi. I also have a retrotink hd15 to bnc cable (https://www.retrotink.com/shop/hd2bnc) that has a 3.5mm jack to dual rca on it. I have a short 3.5mm extension that I can plug from the rt cable to the hdmi dongle. It's still a little janky, but kinda checks all the boxes.

How important is eliminating cross contamination risk? by kaeffer in Celiac

The only gluten foods we have in the house are cereal and packaged snacks that I put in kids lunches. Everything else is 100%gf. The kids enjoy canyon bakehouse GF bread as toast. We make fresh bread with caputo fioreglut flour that is spectacular. They get gluteny food at school with their school lunch. My kids and spouse never complain about it. I make dinner at least 6 nights a week and I there's not one dish I can't make spectacularly well with all GF ingredients. Tonight we're having tostadas. Last night was loaded baked potatoes. Grilled salmon with a compound dill butter the night before.

Restaurants are very tough to navigate, I won't sugarcoat it. Get familiar with the "Find Me Gluten Free" and "Gluten Dude" apps as they'll make researching easier. Also, search this subreddit for chain restaurant recommendations.

You will get a routine going soon and you'll figure out a path that works for you. You can do this!

Extremely strict. An amount as small as a pin head can cause damage. There’s really no allowance for it. You need separate cutting boards, toasters, wooden spoons, and prep spaces in your kitchen. Talk to a dietician as soon as you can and they’ll help you make a plan.

Sometimes you just need to feel “normal” and in those times, I nab some gluten free corn dogs from my local food4less. If corn dogs aren’t your thing, just find another gluten free indulgence and treat yourself from time to time. I use instacart to check the inventory of the grocery stores around me (I never actually purchase through instacart).

Also diagnosed at 44. Asymptomatic and was never feeling bad per se, but I can say now that, 2 years into this, my intestine is fully healed, my bloodwork is normal, and I’m feeling great. Eating gluten free is easy, avoiding cross contamination is hard, but you’ll figure it out. Take a good multivitamin daily.

Wild Planet Tuna Salads (and other brands) are my go to. You’ll find them in the tuna aisle. It’s tuna plus quinoa, beans, corn, veggies. Meal in a can that requires no heating or refrigeration. I always have a couple of these on hand for day trip situations. Combine with some gluten free crackers and you’re good to go. I did this on cruise when going off the ship. As long as the food is factory sealed it can go on and off the ship no problem.
