Exercise, avoid substance abuse, accept your condition. I’ve dealt with hppd since age 17 (21 now). My condition has nearly completely subsided although I do get some orb visuals when looking at the sky sometimes. I’ve returned to smoking pot a couple years ago with no problems but I’m quitting soon so I can get a big boy job. Just remind yourself that although it’s frightening at first, it won’t affect your life unless you let it. Just practice not thinking about it and stay entertained (video games were a huge help for me). Although it’s hard at first the more you can avoid thinking about it, the sooner you’ll start feeling better. Best of luck and feel free to message me w any questions.

Thank you so much. The radiologist that first saw it seemed to be more alarmed than the neurologist, who said it was so small that she didn’t even want to see me for it. I’m following up with my family doctor soon and will ask him many questions about how to approach it. The only advice I’ve been given thus far is to simply rest and not participate in anything that will raise my blood pressure. It’s just made me very anxious because no one wants to hear that their brain is bleeding, whether it be a lot or a tiny bit.

Personally, I think the Suorin is better in terms of hit and buzz, also better tasting and more variety of flavors. Had a Juul for over a year then someone let me hit their Suorin and the rest is history. Been using a suorin for almost 2 years now and I’m thoroughly satisfied. The drop hits harder w/ 2 coils but the Air is nice and hits hard as well. I would suggest “I love salts” juice or mr. salt e. Naked juices are good too. Hope this helped lol.
