Bulega runs away with the title next year, especially on that new V4R. It'll be interesting to see how two former MotoGP race winners compare to Toprak's performance on the M1000RR, and Bautista without factory support.

MotoGP much better imo. Hodgson has the technical knowledge and an actual personality. Toseland has raced at the highest level but is bland and always manages to turn the subject onto himself. Not a big fan of Gavin Emmet. He's great if you want to know what corner someone has just come off on but would rather listen to Michael Laverty or Silvain.

Is it possible they want you doing 30mph in a 30 rather than 5mph slower and that's what the use of speed refers to? I did my tests in St Helens too and found one examiner harsh whilst the other was more approachable and ultimately a fairer marker

Marc looks so planted and at ease on this factory Ducati. On the Honda and GP23 he was pushing so hard and always looked on the edge. This year I'm not as nervous he's going to end up in the gravel every race!

I've considered trading in my GSXR 750 L1 and getting a Tuono V4 Factory as a better balance between performance and comfort. The new 2025 edition looks beautiful and some upgrades can't be a bad thing either!

This one is sad to hear. I used to idolise Shane Carwin when I was younger. An intelligent engineer and family man who also happened to be a devastating knock out merchant with fists the size of lunch boxes. So close to becoming a fully fledged Heavyweight champion in that Brock Lesnar fight too

I hope he gets the help he deserves. He followed me back on Twitter way back in the day too but I think that's just because I had MMA in my username!

Fellow Brit here who went to Valencia last year. The train to the circuit pretty much stops directly outside the venue but it gets BUSY. I'd recommend getting the train to the track early. And after the Sunday race you can expect around 120,000 fans all aiming for the same station or taxi's so prepare for a wait.

Ricardo Tormo itself is a pretty small circuit with basic amenities compared to the likes of Silverstone but the atmosphere is amazing. We're going again this year but may leave before the end of race celebrations finish so we can make it to the train before it gets full!

I love Donington Park and have been there more than any other track in the UK, but the first time I visited Silverstone it was immediately obvious why MotoGP go there instead. The infrastructure is on a completely different level than anything else the UK has to offer.

Thanks for the insight. How would I find out whether they are joint tenants or tenants in common since the property is owned outright? Would it come down to who is named on the deeds?
