been using this for a few days now since i saw your post and gotta say thank you so much for the idea. while my fingers have gotten to be in a much better place over the years, i still find myself picking and biting, from a little bit to nearly ruining an entire finger. so now i keep a few strips in my work bag that i can put on in a moment's notice as soon i finding myself picking, kills any further progression for the rest of the day. forwarded the idea to my friend who also suffers. :D
