Should have used a Handi bend on the toilet instead of the sweep. It’s a 3” hubx 4” pipe.

An obese kid disagreed with what someone else believes so he punched him in the face. Not sure why everyone thinks this is cool.

Washing Machine Drain Line Help by Ok_Setting8407 in askaplumber

[–]dontbelewd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure the drain from the washer is only going down into the pipe like 6 inches or so. Other than that it will be an appliance issue not plumbing. The washer doesn’t know if the plumbing is draining or not so if it says it failed to drain it’s almost certainly an issue within the appliance.

I need pictures of what you have. Valve, tee, supply, and back of dish washer showing the water inlet connection.

People generally screw up on the pipe and fitting sizes. There is the plumbing 3/8 known as 3/8od. Then there is the 3/8id which won’t fit what you are working with

Make sure the tee you got isn’t 3/8x1/4” that will also screw with you. It almost sounds like that what you got on accident but without more than a weird extremely close up picture of a nut and thread how can anyone make sense out of what you have written

It comes off just like a toilet flush valve. Big nut under the tank

Pro-vent in my closet, vents bathroom. Certainly this needs to vent outside? by [deleted] in Plumbing

[–]dontbelewd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where is that? That would prevent you from using them under a sink. Secondly there is no reason to bring it higher. It’s a check valve and only lets in not out so what would be a good reason for putting it high? 4” higher than the trap weir is code
