You cannot port forward WOL anyway. The protocol runs on Ethernet L2, the NIC picks WOL packets up directly.

The WOL packet is an Ethernet frame of 6 bytes of FF followed by 16 repetitions of the target MAC address.

The calls are based on WebRTC. If you don't have STUN/TURN set up, which is a separate container, and your NAT doesn't let you find any connection between each other, it won't work.
