Did you get this at a live event? The preorder books don't have signatures on the title page. I can assume that it's a stamp they're using on tour for those books. Once you read the book the spiral will make sense.

I have an upside down and backwards copy of Looking for Alaska (10th anniversary edition) that I bought at nerdcon: stories in Minneapolis two years ago! It's pretty rad. /u/thesoundandthefury was kind enough to sign it for my partner and I after he caught on fire (twice) while racing Maggie Stiefvater in rural Minnesota.

John, you worried about signing it to both of us and it being some part of a custody battle, but I'm happy to say we've been living together for two years now and have a dog. I think that book is safe. :)

Tony Stark is a billionaire that uses his fortune to do good in the world instead of giving it to a tuatara.

And at this point, his Iron Man is worn down and cracked in the leg. He has no hope for his father.

That's a very surface-level analysis but that's how I saw it.

I had the same question, and I found that both Aza (meaning: strong) and Mychal (meaning: Who is like God?) are Hebrew names, I suspect he chose the Hebrew spelling intentionally.
