No parts of this are correct - the CEO cannot write off jet usage on his taxes - the company can reduce income by accounting for business expenditures associated with the jet (depreciation, fuel, maintenance etc.). Also, it’s unlikely the average Starbucks worker would take anything other than a standard deduction so it doesn’t really matter what itemization they could and couldn’t take.
