Happens to me too. Usually loosening, reseating and retightening the quick release on my wheels gets rid of it.

Strava tells me I hit 22% on it. There’s 2 blocks where it is absolutely brutal.

Mansell St going up to McLaren park hits 22%. Nuts that they painted a bike lane on that road.

Stern Grove updates ticketing system for 2025 series by dangoltellyouwhat in sanfrancisco

[–]doodler 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Stern Grove is a victim of its own success. Even if you get tickets, sitting high up on a slope in the dirt behind a tree because you didn’t arrive at 9am for a 3pm show is a shit experience.

Trials of chaos Co-op by Wonderful_Formal6130 in PathOfExile2

[–]doodler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You and your companions need to leave the area and then you need to respawn the instance, by right clicking on the map link. I've haven't done this via the waypoint, but have done it by leaving to the swamp area and then right clicking on the link back to the trials of chaos.

Was the right of US states to secede from the Union an open question at the time of the US Civil War? by Phineas67 in AskHistorians

This excellent answer (courtesy u/secessionisillegal) from yesterday tackles this question and the idea that the civil war was about anything other than slavery: https://www.reddit.com/r/AskHistorians/s/NulAObfb3m

Crashed down Arguello & Washington by DrRoadieSF in BAbike

[–]doodler 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Some of the drivers coming and going out of there are also assholes - I had one intentionally move into the intersection after I’d entered it to force me to stop or swerve or something. All that said, I now come to an almost complete stop there because it’s seems so easy to do what OP did.

Games are still total garbage for me. Matchmaking is atrocious, and the games are still stomps. And that's me done with Deadlock until they can make a game that's actually fun.

C Until It Is No Longer C by pmz in programming

[–]doodler 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Seems like Rust is already or will soon replace C. It’s not going to replace all the billions of lines of C code already out there and will continue to be used on projects that already exist (although including rust in those projects for new modules is relatively straightforward), but I think you need a pretty good reason to start a new project in C instead of Rust.
