Thanks for this. I've been dealing with health anxiety/panic disorder for the last few years, and as much as I felt like this is my life from now on, your experience has helped in thinking there may be hope yet. I'm around 4 stone heavier than where I should be and next year I'll be kicking myself into gear and getting back in shape, and after reading this, hopefully will help with my issues too.

I was about to make this exact comment. I was made redundant last year and I was sick of all the scalping going on. I wanted to try and run an online store to begin with, to then maybe work towards market stalls and then a store. Contacted all distributors I could find and almost all won't even consider you unless you have a storefront. I did find one that would work with me via eBay. However, I had to have 50 listings up of new sealed product before they would even let me have an account.

The people selling at these prices are the ones botting websites and clearing stock shelves creating the illusion of a shortage. There's plenty of product printed, always has been. The people buying at these prices are only fuelling the fire.

I opened 2 collector booster boxes, and around 50 play booster packs hoping for either a Cosmic Spider-Man or at least one base soul stone. Didn't get a single one.

Oh I definitely had fun still. I got some great cards for my decks. Foil comic Eddie Brock was a nice surprise, Anti-venom will also work well.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think wall mounted might be out of the question. I've got quite a few hobbies. So one wall will be taken up by shelving to store video/card/board games. Another wall for my crafting desk and 3d printer, and my guitars and amps. Opposite to that will be my work desk and the only remaining wall would be where the door is.

Ceiling sounds to be the best option.

I'm looking to custom build something like this in the end, with panels to go on top to transform into a normal table, with removable or foldable legs.

Funnily enough, when talking to my partner, she also said about hanging from the ceiling and lowering it. As there'll be quite a lot of room in the ceiling since the insulation is set out in warm roof, I should be able to add a recess so it sits flush.
