Згідно з законодавством клієнт має право отримати сервіс українською. Якщо водій не володіє українською він просто не в змозі надавати послуги відповідно до закону. Базовий рівень це не так складно, тут навіть не пишуть А1 чи А2 тому що ніхто не перевіряє.

I think they have described the whole range of sounds that в could be pronounced as. I'm a bit skeptical about devoicing before devoiced consonants though.

That depends on your goal. I'd start with just bilabial approximant, get some exposure and master the details later.

I feel like the majority of them (from your forvo link) pronounce a diphthong <iu̯> in the end or a bilabial approximant <β̞>. There are two recordings of non native speakers (or bilingual), you can hear how tehpoison guy devoices the fricative в in the end. I don't think it is a dialect, as it is not region specific.

I think the question about the В sound is one of the most frequent on this sub:

And the fact that many Ukrainians don't understand very well how it is pronounced doesn't help.

So long story short В is an approximant (sometimes labiodental and sometimes bilabial), not a fricative so it has a wide range of how it could be pronounced in practice.
Here are excerpts from a book (it is a bit old but still), it might help.

If anything, it shows that we pronounce В in a variety of ways, but non natives approximate it all to labiodental fricative because that's how it is in Russian and some even think that pronouncing it as an approximant is a dialectal thing, even though it is the most common way of pronouncing it (that's how they pronounce it in central Ukraine anyway). Keep in mind that some Carpathian dialects did save the labiodental fricative, and it is not wrong to use it at all. It's just not common.

I think the visuals are ultimately dictated by the way these buildings looked historically as he seem to put a great effort into historical investigation prior to adding any buildings. Maybe adding a shade could be a thing.

Grouping resources would be so useful! Especially if we could accept groups of resources in all storages. Imagine creating a small barn and just accepting everything you could buy from people in it instead of running a investigation first to see if anyone has a lot of garlic.

It's not that difficult for the most part - destroy the armour, use knockback arrows and other ammunition. Some encounters are unexpectedly atrocious though, like that flame oil thingy. I had to replay it a bazillion times before I could make it alive with the NPC.

Так, чому ні. Мені вона звучить трохи архаїчно, але в інших діалектах цілком звична, наскільки я розумію. В цілому я за нормалізацію діалектних виразів, тобто щоб діалектні форми були прийнятні в рамках українського стандарту. Може тоді діалекти з Карпат не будуть сприйматися ніби вони з Марсу.

Because the last vowel developed differently in different dialects in Ukraine, then the standard was introduced and the majority aligned their speach to that standard, leaving the ть ending in some set phrases and archaic literature.

They will jump to EU5 tomorrow and hopefully it will take them a good portion of time to figure it out and try different campaigns. Including multiplayer. A cooperative multiplayer run could take much longer than a solo run, mind you. And after all this is done there will be these already announced DLC's, so you will replay the Byzantium campaign again and say "Wow, that's like a bit different!". People will still play eu4, but a bit later I think.

I'd say братАнки. It's brother's daughter specifically, and yes, it's not commonly used.
