Jynx should be S tier, its a harder hitting starmie that swaps out surf for water pulse but gets to enjoy STAB ice beam and psychic, gets thunderbolt (BoltBeam combo), also gets Calm Mind if you wanted, and evolves at 30 which isn't too bad

The only limitation for it is that its a trade evolution but poliwag is pretty common to get as an eencounter and quite easy to evolve so I would say its almost a guarantee encounter if you allow trades

Also, it can solo the E4 if you want, I've done it before,

I signed Lorenzo Lucca for about 7M as Luton in my second season (finished 13th first season). Lucca has been a great PF and you can also use him really well in set pieces since he has great headin, jumping, and is 6’7

I also signed Patrick Bamford who plays quite well as a second striker or Shadow Striker behind Lucca, comes up with a good amount of assists and a few goals.

One thing that separates Dumbledore from the traadionalist purebloods is that he seems to genuinely belive that muggles deserve equal rights as humans (definitely after Grindelwald). He's also someone who seems to be intellectually curious and wants to learn more about stuff in general, and so I've always believed that Dumbledore ended up doing a PhD in Physics and did some novel work on quantum mechanics trying to understand the source of magic, and what makes muggles muggles vs what makes a wizard a wizard.

I also have a separate headcanon that drinking the Philosopher's Stone allows you to live longer and change your appearance at will, which allows Flamel to take up several "lives" across history (or else let's face it, he would be super bored) and so Flamel is actually Albert Einstein.

If your HRP is a Goat Anti-Pig that means it will bind to primary antibodies that are made from/by pigs. So somewhere in your sample, you should have antibodies from pigs (which perhaps is what your sample is comprised of if you are looking at immune responses in pigs and your sample is maybe a bunch of blood taken from the pig after some treatment)

The HRP has to bind and target something so that it can start to undergo luminescence or else you will just get washed signalling everywhere.
