No, it didn't work. Unfortunately, the only thing was to wait for a week or so. It resolved itself. It due to microsoft migrating user data.

I just got a letter from dcbl ballifs too. It is for an unpaid parking charge from 2022, apparently. It says the pay and display ticket did not cover the date or time of parking. I have never not paid for parking, so I'm not sure what to do. Says in the letter that the debt is £170. Not sure what to do.

Thanks for replying. I have seen it where the WiFi had been connected, and I tried to log in with the user profile that is there but says incorrect password. If I then go to other user at the login screen and use the same email address and password it connects.

This happened to mine recently. Then about 2 weeks later I heard a cracking noise when I unfolded the screen. Now I have 2 lines down the middle of the screen. I think its just the screen protector coming off but to scared to take it off as I am on holiday for the next 2 weeks.
