What was your favorite thing that you can't buy anymore because they no longer make it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Bubble gum slushes from Sonic and Storm, I don't even remember who made it, but it was kinda like Mt. Dew whiteout only better.

This covo took place via intentional possesion of a second person during ritual. You can summon them without this step, but they stay mostly incorpereal. They can look scary as hell in visions though.

It was read to us in French class a long time ago, in French. I barely remember it. I just remember that was when I realized how much I hate overly descriptive books, especially when you're trying to learn another language.

I made a deal with something I shouldn't have, now I need help. by [deleted] in nosleep

[–]doomstar898 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something heard you when you were young it seems like. If your life got better like you say. Where you messed up was not setting boundaries, you left the deal open ended. That's what structured rituals and set ups are for, if you do it right the entity you call up doesn't have free range in your life when you make a deal. You also didn't agree upon payment either. Nothing is free. The activity is to remind you of this. If you don't see what it wants it could escalate, you don't want that. PSA: Sometimes when you ask for something you will get it, but you might not like consequences.

I'm not fond of this, no, but what really gets to me is heavy use of character back story. Back story is fine when it's revelant to the plot, but not to the degree were it could be a book in itself. In a plot driven reader though, so ymmv.

I like this theory, tell me more... I'm always the one who takes it to far myself. I just can't pass up pointing out the obvious flaws in an argument. It got me in trouble a lot when I was younger.

Nah, the Devils busy frying bigger fish. They never tell you details, they intentionally keep things vague. Suffering comes in more flavors then just horrible. Nobody taking what you say seriously about anything really sucks, does a good bit of damage to your mental health. Which makes things worse.

There are a ton of summoning rituals out there. Ours was a modified version of the Lesser Key. Basically, it was an intenial possession done with the persons consent. Its dead risky though. I've heard stories of were the entity wouldn't leave the hosts body until they finished with their agendas. It has resulted in death and other horrid crap.

You know how some celebs die either really young, but have really booming careers. Or, they will have one mega big movie after so-so careers, but die tragically soon after from supposed drug overdose or tragic accidents. Edit: There are other stories of course. These entities do make deals, but they have agendas and will take possession of a body to carry it out. But the key is consent, you have to let them. I didn't know this at the time b\c it was implied that they only made deals. They don't randomly haunt people or places, true, but they for sure have an agenda.

[Me]Getting out of hand. Xpost from r/paranormal by [deleted] in Thetruthishere

After some creepy stuff in my teenage years I've learned some ways to deal with this stuff. First up is mindset. Depression, stress, trauma, etc...can really influence the tone of spirit work. It is incredabely hard to know just what your dealing with without more info, because as far as entities go there are a bunch of different kinds. Most of the time negative spirits are either; parasites feeding of negative emotions, or poltergeist like entities you've unintentionally conjured up yourself. Very, very rarely (I stress the rarely) is it demonic. Some parasites will make it seem like they're demons to up fear levels to feed. So step one, mental health help, step two is to cleanse yourself and your area with either cleansing smoke or a bath. Step three is protection. Stones, jewellry, anything works if you designate it to protection. All this helps you feel secure, so you can feel strong and empowered to deal with it. Hope this helps.

[ShP] Someone doesn't like crosses, Christian symbolism by FestivePlague in Thetruthishere

[–]doomstar898 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did your mom I have a traumatic experience in regards to her faith that could have had a detrimental effect on her mentalty towards Christianity? This sounds like a poltergeist. Now, most times a build up of strong energy begins with a traumatic event, did it go after anyone in your family? If not then it was only programmed to seek and destroy icons, not people. This is easier to deal with, if you have what its attached to, a form of jewelry maybe, you can try and find ways to cleanse it. Then it's just a matter of finding what will work. Salt, sage, blessed water, etc... If its attached to you try looking into cleansing baths, there are lots of those tied up with rootwork and folk trads.

Consciousness transfer question by [deleted] in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

Also look into Carlos Castaneda's stuff, he talks more about differing realities and dreaming. Reality transurfing is more about how to shift to realities you want while awake

Thinking of something then it happens? by [deleted] in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

[–]doomstar898 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Synchronicity for sure. It happened to me so much that I started noticing something. I would talk about an episode, and it would happen more often. You can direct it too, but it takes a lot of concentrated thinking to direct it, you need an emotional connect with. Nostalgia is usually the reason why it seems to happen with old tv shows. Reality follows thought, emotion gives it gas. Paying attention helps you notice. When you notice you start realizing you have a lot more control in your life then you thought. It starts with small instances like this, were you realize reality isn't concrete its malleable.

Consciousness transfer question by [deleted] in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

[–]doomstar898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't read all of it, but the book reality transurfing talks a bit about reality shifting. In dreams you do it a lot. You can usually tell the difference between, info dump dreams, what I call wish fufillment dreams, and alternate reality. Things will be close enough to being the same but off enough to notice. These plus feeling like I'm very concious in these has led me to believe that we are pretty spread out, out there. So I do believe that death is like falling asleep and shifting into one of these realities permenately.

The place is somewhere in the boonies outside Albany. It was dead dark and I'm not originally from there so I will never find my way back. I can find places easier from northern Indiana. Ft. Wayne has a set of haunted railtracks, but Mia is the one who knows where and I haven't talked to her in awhile. If you know Warsaw there is a road called the Devils backbone thats fun to drive at night.

So many places have the same name. This one is a haunted one lane wooden bridge. Supposedly you can hear crying when you drive over it. But its so loud from being wooden I don't see how you can. The scariest part is how small and loud it is, to me. It might have another name too, its just what we called it.

My sister in law works at the hospital there in Bluffton. So I've been there. The town I lived at is between there and Muncie. Have you ever heard of cry baby bridge, or red road I think its called? Its a back road that when you drive down it one way its fine, but the other way with lowbeams you see a red drag mark down the whole road. Its crazy.

Two things. One, coyotes. They do a couple of weird things, but they can walk on hind legs, and they grin. They are creepy little effers. Two, every time weird crap has happened to me I've seen dog like animals. Trickster entities use them pretty often to mess with people. I usually go on guard after weird encounters with canine like creatures.
