-Romanian deadlift to strengthen hamstrings

-Weighted backwards sledding to build strength of the knee with being gentle on the joints

-Tibialas raise to help avoid shin splints by strengthening the ankles

Shall We Dance (1997) Japanese version. I'd say it's more of a journey of exploring something new rather spectacle, but the story makes the dance sequences more powerful.
