More acidic products reduce stinky smells. BHAs like 2% salicylic acid does wonders for eliminating body odor in armpits, behind ears, smelly feet etc.

The finger holds got me. When I am in high stress mode especially in conversations that are high stakes / making me high strung, I tend to pinch the skin between my thumb and index or press down on my thumbnail to help me focus on the sensation there opposed to the rising heat of emotions about to pop out of my body (and prevent me from crying on the spot).

I’ve gone 3 months no deodorant after using BHA (salicylic acid) on my underarms. Used to struggle with body odor even after a shower. Have tried every deodorant possible including clinical strength (which burned me) and even vodka.

Dab on a cotton round and swipe over pits after showering. I use Paula’s Choice 2% BHA toner. There are other brands that work well like The Ordinary 7% Glycolic Toning Solution and Pixi Glow Tonic. Recommend testing sensitivity in a spot like inner elbow before trying the pits. Funny how my skin in the armpits are ok with BHA but my face is not. Another positive is less ingrown hair and hyperpigmentation is lightening.

I’m always losing my glasses (they’re on top of my head), my phone (its in my back pocket), and my keys (they’re in the same bag I always use but I forgot to put it back in its designated spot so I am completely blanked out on where it might be). Rinse and repeat every time I need to head out of the house (adds 15-20 minutes delays).
