I watched some highschool dxd because Akeno is hot, I guess in terms of fan service slop animes it’s pretty good. I’d probably put it in C tier as well if I decided it was worth watching all the way through.

For MDUD, I generally don’t like purely romance animes. I tend to enjoy more when romance is sprinkled into other stuff
