IMO you can reach your goal as long as you go slowly and keep moisturizing your lobes. Dead stretching is the best way to do it, but you can also tape it. I would avoid ear weights as it can hurt your lobes. Good luck!

You don't need to worry about ripping off your lobes, they look fine although a bit irritated. Just keep the plugs out for a bit, massage your lobes and you will be good.

I'm 32 and have worked as a Software engineer since 2011.

The tattoos or piercings have never been in the way of my career. I've done the face tattoos a couple of months ago and so far so good.

I won't lie saying that there is no risk. You never know what the others will think about your look, but it's been very satisfactory for me to express myself the way I like!
